Russ brings integrity, professionalism and commitment into his passion for real estate. He began his real estate career in 1982 and in 1985 he became a professional real estate broker. In 1988 Russ and his wife Nancy opened Dolphin Realty, Inc., a small boutique brokerage that combines real estate professionalism with personal attention. Their desire to ensure customer satisfaction has proven itself an enormous asset. As of 2007, Dolphin Realty, Inc. has sold over $200 million worth of Maui real estate. Due to this tremendous achievement the company recently expanded to it’s new location on Ohukai.
Russ attributes his success as an accomplished real estate professional to the loving support he receives from his family. His wife of 51 years Nancy Kanady, their two sons, four grand children and two dogs Lucy and Pearl. Russ and Nancy are originally from California where they were high school sweethearts. They moved to Alaska where Russ became a bush pilot and flew over the extraordinary artic landscape for many years. They moved to Hawaii in 1980 and have called Maui home for the past 27 years. They now live on 6 acres in lower Kula.
